Protect your home from the damaging effects of ice dams this winter with our Ice Dam Prevention Plan. We offer two visits per month to keep your roof clear and safe. Here’s how we help:
- Deicer Pucks / Roof Melt: included to prevent ice buildup.
- Snow removal: We shovel snow 2 feet back from the roofline if there’s less than 6” of snow. For 6” or more, we shovel the entire roof over the affected area.
- Affordable and scalable: The plan covers a 10’-12′ section of your roof. For more sections, it’s an additional $150.

ROOF SHOVELING SERVICE PLAN

Heavy snow can cause serious damage to your roof, but our Roof Shoveling Service Plan helps prevent that. We prioritize your home with automatic scheduling after every 6-8” of snowfall. Here’s what’s included:
- Automatic Service: We add your home to our schedule after each snowfall.
- Professional crews: Our 2-3 person teams handle the shoveling, or we scale up for larger homes.
- Preventative care: Avoid the risks of heavy snow buildup, protecting your roof and home.
- We all know getting 3′ of snow can happen at anytime

SNOW BLOWING SERVICE PLAN
Keep your home accessible and protected with our dependable snow removal service!
Take the hassle out of winter with our all-inclusive Snow Blowing Service Plan. For a flat rate, we keep your property clear and safe, no matter how much snow falls. Here’s what you get:
- Driveway clearing: to keep your car accessible.
- Front Walkways, porches, and mailbox areas cleared: ensuring safe paths.
- Ice melt applied on walkways: to prevent slippery spots (optional).
- Doggie path and trash can area cleared: to make life easier for everyone (including the pups, also optional).
- Flat charge with no hidden fees: no matter how much it snows.

DRIVEWAY SANDING SERVICE PLAN
Say goodbye to slippery winter driveways!
This is a monthly membership that allows automatic service to ensure your driveway stays safe all month long. We will routinely check your driveways as often as necessary throughout the changing temperatures (once a week minimum). When conditions are icy, we’ll apply Sand to your drivable areas and Ice Melt to your walkable areas as needed.
When we DO need to sand the driveways, the pricing adjusts depending on how much sand and ice melt is used.
- + $50/visit for labor
- + $25/bag for Sand
- + $30/bag for Ice Melt
***Once you hit $75 worth of work in a month, we waive the monthly membership fee and only charge you for the visit(s) by breakdown above.***
On months where no sanding is needed, the flat $75 monthly rate covers time spent for us to check-in on your property and assess conditions. This plan can be cancelled at any time.
